Saseni....Karibu to Rosy's Rendezvous. Now that miss Rona has us on self quarantine and eating out isn’t an option, I decided to make one of my favourite snacks/appetisers from the Asian restaurants, DUMPLINGS!! Trust me, it’s not complicated and it’s as simple as making a samosa minus the excess frying oil. Watch my torso and I making this simple snack and I hope you’ll try it too. REAL HUSTLERS THROW IT DOWN IN THE KITCHENℒ️ Utaskia mikono yangu πŸ‘‹πŸ½ FILLING RECIPE: 1/4 minced beef (you can use any other type of meat) 1 cup french beans 1 small onion 1 clove of garlic (chopped finely) 1 Royco cube (beef) 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp white peeper Guide: Wash and cut the onion, garlic and french beans. Mix ingredients in a bowl to get a homogenous mixture. Fill centre of wrapper with filling and start enclosing the wrapper. Use water to seal the edges of the wrapper. Heat oil on medium high heat in a large pan. When oil is rippling, drop your dumplings in and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/2 a cup of water and cover to steam for 7-8 minutes. Serve warm.
