These Potato Cheese Poppers are extremely yummy and great as party appetisers or evening snack. It will appeal to all age groups, especially the kids. I had made this for a small gathering at my place and it was highly appreciated. I request all those who have tasted this dish, to please leave a comment below so that others may get a gist of how the dish actually is. The potato mixture may be sticky to roll and you may find it cracking or sticking to your hands. There are few ways to handle this while rolling, 1) you apply a little oil and then roll & 2) try keeping in the fridge for some time before rolling. I cleaned & washed my hands every time I felt the oil wasn’t helping. This way my hands would be clean and I could start fresh by applying a little oil. You can use either processed or cheddar cheese, whichever is available. Do try this and I promise you won’t be disappointed.
